Returns

1/1s and items labeled "made to order" are ineligible for return due to the nature of their speciality.

We allow 30 days from the date of purchase to be eligible for a full refund for your item.

The item must be returned in the same condition as it arrived and in its original packaging. Items that have been used will not be eligible for refund.

If you were sent incorrect or defected items, please start a return.

Cancelled Orders

1/1s and items labeled "made to order" are ineligible for cancellation due to the nature of their speciality.

Once an order is shipped, we can not cancel it. Please start a return once the item arrives if you would like to return it.

How To Start A Return

1. Click the "Your Account" button below

2. Put in your email that was used to purchase the item to log into your account

3. Go to "Orders" and on the order you want to return click "Request return"

4. Select a reason for your return and include any additional notes to help us with your return.

How long does a refund take?

Once the return is processed and approved, you will receive an email regarding your refund. Each card company is different, but refunds typically take about 2-3 business days.

Can I make an exchange?

As of right now with our ever changing catalog and limited stock, we do not currently offer exchanges.
